Opened in 1988, we are a non-profit, Virginia-licensed agency offering training and education, placement and support services. The agency's unique approach to adoption is reflected in the range and types of services we offer and the lifetime partnership we provide to adoptive and birth families and adoptees.
Our website provides a broad education on the types of adoption available. It explains how we got started and describes the experience and passion our staff brings to our clients. Also the website details the services that we provide to assist you before, during, and after placement. Support Virginia's Children
With over 800 children in foster care with the permanency goal of adoption, Virginia has the second lowest rate of public adoption in the nation. If a child does not find a permanent home and ages out of foster care, 20% of teens will be homeless and 25% will be incarcerated by age 20.
Please let your friends, neighbors, and coworkers know of the great work C2Adopt does for Virginia, and consider adopting a child in need or donating to our program.
